## Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We'll offer:
- Full refund, OR
- Free replacement

## Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-defective items.
- Customer pays return shipping
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Refund issued after inspection (minus original shipping costs)
- $1.50 restocking fee applies

## Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
